I have extensive experience with adoption of foster children, private infant adoptions, stepparent adoption or adoption by grandparents or other family members, readoption of a child adopted internationally, single parent adaption, and termination of parental rights. In addition to adoptions, I have also focused a significant part of my practice on CPS cases. I spent many years representing children and parents involved in CPS cases, and now I take on private cases representing foster parents in interventions.

I understand the desires, fears, and goals of foster parents and adoptive families, as well as the legal intricacies of the foster care and adoption processes. As a solo attorney law firm, I am the one who answers all my phone calls, drafts all my legal documents, handles all my hearings, and consummates every adoption. It is one of the greatest joys of my life to help my clients build their families.
